It's time to go for the berry, it's just ripe.
I took a container with me, a digital monocular (canon powershot zoom)in case of a meeting with birds, a raincoat, and I was on my way!

Every year I go to one wild place in the forest to pick this berry. The way there is not short, and lies through a cemetery, a small patch of forest, a field, a railroad, and a hilly patch in the forest.

Old cemetery. Burials here date back to the 70s of the last century.

Many species of birds live in this cemetery. For example, the Siberian Chiffchaff. She jumped in the grass and then flew up to the fence.

There were also many redstarts with offspring.

Many beautiful flowers grow in the middle of the graves.

There are also a lot of beautiful butterflies flying there, but alas, the camera of my smartphone is not very good to shoot them with high quality.

So I came to the forest. Some guy, obviously a mushroom picker, got ahead of me.

In a clearing near the forest, a lot of such flowers grow here. As far as I know, they are very fond of cows.

Walking through the forest, I heard a funny song. At first I thought it was a robin, but then I saw the singer himself. This is a siberian rubythroat. And I haven't seen him in this forest since 2018. Very glad that he visited this place again.

From the forest I went to the railway, about half the way passed.

I love this place. The railway is on a hill, and on the sides in the lowland there is a forest and a river.

After passing the railway, I came to a plot with coniferous trees.

In those places there are many flowering plants, and of course insects.

After walking for about an hour, I finally arrived at the place. The strawberry has been waiting for me.

I saw a strange mushroom. It looks like someone has bitten it and tasted it.

Picking strawberries is not easy. At least in these places. It does not grow massively, and you have to carefully look for it. I walked 5 meters, picked one or two berries, then again a few meters, and again. This is not a raspberry, where you just need to stand by the bush and pick it up in handfuls.

Something flew past me, some large insect. At first I thought it was a dragonfly. But then it sat down on a leaf.

Some terrible monster with a rapier instead of a tail.

There was a very strong wind. And so strong that he broke one tree, and it fell 20 meters from me. And then it started to rain. Good thing I brought a raincoat.
You can see small droplets on the petals.

And this flower was incredibly small.

A frog came out after the rain.

These beautiful petals with raindrops looked very cute and pretty.

After about 6 hours, I picked up some berries, then I no longer had the strength and I went home.
