Despite the long winter and frosts, these birds arrived right on time. Already at the end of March, single birds were seen in the city. And in early April, they began to slowly fly over the territories of the forests. In mid-April, I saw a kite in my yard. He became very interested in the leftover food at the dustbins.

The birds were not at all frightened by sub-zero temperatures and a blizzard that lasted the whole of mid-April.
The day before yesterday in the forest I watched them flying over the cemetery and the forest. And they are already being chased by flocks of thrushes from these places.
