🦉 The Eurasian bullfinch, common bullfinch or bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula)

📚 Pyrrhula (Greek): pyrrhos - red

These plump birds arrive in late autumn with the arrival of cold weather. They can often be seen on rowan bushes, where they eat seeds from berries.

In especially cold weather, they eat the seeds of the ash-leaved maple, as they have a lot of fat.

But with the advent of spring, these birds seem to disappear from the forest and they are nowhere to be found. This is even a question of interest to everyone, "Where do the bullfinches fly away?".

And nowhere! They live in the forests, they are just incredibly hidden and quiet.
Below I managed to take summer photos of bullfinches, male and female. And it happened by accident. I just saw some subtle movement in the crowns of the trees out of the corner of my eye. Bullfinches even fly silently.
