Ingredients

⁃ Chicken

Chicken (cubes): 400 gm
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp
Paprika powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Corn starch: 1 tsp
Yogurt: 4 tbsp
Oil: 3 tbsp

⁃ Salad

Onion (rings): 1
Mint leaves (chipped): 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped): 2

⁃ Chutney

Coriander leaves: 1/2 bunch
Mint leaves: 1/4 bunch
Green chili: 1
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Black salt: 1 tsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Yogurt: 4 tbsp

⁃ Dough

All purpose flour: 3 cup
Salt : 1 tsp

Method

Heat oil and add chicken and add all chicken ingredients together (corn flour to be added dissolved in yogurt). Cover and cook on low flame for atleast 10 minutes. When the chicken is tender, add lemon juice and smoke it with coal for maximum 25 minutes. For the salad, soak the onion rings for 5 - 10 minutes and then drain the water. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and lemon juice and mix. Set it aside. Grind the chutney ingredients together. After that, take all purpose flour and add salt. Add water slowly and knead. Cover for 10 minutes and then make balls out of it. Roll into tortillas and set aside. Keep the chicken on the tortillas and add the salad. Add the chutney on top and roll. Place toothpicks or wrap with butter paper to hold it in place. Your Chicken Paratha Roll will be ready!!!😋🌯

    Pollo (en cubos): 400 g
    Pasta de jengibre y ajo: 1 cucharada
    Sal: 1 cucharadita
    Polvo de chile: 1 cucharadita
    Polvo de paprika: 1 cucharadita
    Polvo de comino: 1 cucharadita
    Chaat masala: 1 cucharadita
    Garam masala: 1/2 cucharadita
    Copos de chile: 1 cucharadita
    Cúrcuma: 1/4 cucharadita
    Almidón de maíz: 1 cucharadita
    Yogur: 4 cucharadas
    Aceite: 3 cucharadas

  • Ensalada
    Cebolla (en aros): 1
    Hojas de menta (picadas): 2 cucharadas
    Chiles verdes (picados): 2

  • Chutney
    Hojas de cilantro: 1/2 manojo
    Hojas de menta: 1/4 manojo
    Chile verde: 1
    Semillas de comino: 1 cucharadita
    Sal negra: 1 cucharadita
    Chaat masala: 1 cucharadita
    Sal: 1/2 cucharadita
    Pasta de jengibre y ajo: 1 cucharadita
    Jugo de limón: 1 cucharada
    Yogur: 4 cucharadas

  • Masa
    Harina de trigo: 3 tazas
    Sal: 1 cucharadita

Método

Caliente el aceite y agregue el pollo y todos los ingredientes del pollo juntos (el almidón de maíz debe agregarse disuelto en yogur). Cubra y cocine a fuego lento durante al menos 10 minutos. Cuando el pollo esté tierno, agregue jugo de limón y ahúmelo con carbón durante un máximo de 25 minutos. Para la ensalada, remoje los aros de cebolla durante 5 a 10 minutos y luego escurra el agua. Agregue hojas de menta, hojas de cilantro, chiles verdes y jugo de limón y mezcle. Ponga a un lado. Triture los ingredientes del chutney juntos. Después, tome la harina de trigo y agregue sal. Agregue agua lentamente y amase. Cubra durante 10 minutos y luego forme bolas con ella. Enróllala en tortillas y colócala a un lado. Coloque el pollo en las tortillas y agregue la ensalada. Agregue el chutney encima y enrolle. Coloque palillos o envuélvalo con papel manteca para sujetarlo en su lugar. ¡Tu rollo de paratha de pollo estará listo! 😋🌯
