Venom attacked MJ.

I noticed symbiote nests taking over the city as the creature evolved beyond Harry's control. Searching for him led me to his place near the Avengers Tower, where I found a message from Norman Osborn. Meanwhile, MJ faced a sudden confrontation with Venom before I rushed home to intervene.

I saw symbiote nests spreading rapidly all across the city. The symbiote was evolving far too quickly, becoming way too powerful for Harry to fight against on his own. I knew I had to find him first and figure out how to get that thing off him before it was too late.

To start looking for clues, I headed straight to Harry's place, which was located right beside the Avengers Tower. I swung through the city and went there right away.

When I arrived at the location, there was no sign of Harry anywhere. It made sense that after becoming Venom, he would not just be relaxing on a rooftop. I began to look around for any signs or clues that might tell me where he had gone.

On a nearby desk, I noticed an audio recording device. I decided to investigate the gadget to see what was stored on it. It turned out to be a voice message from Norman Osborn wishing a happy birthday, but the tone was filled with deep agony as he expressed how he could not bear to lose Harry.

After listening to the recording, Peter realized he didn't hear from MJ in a while, so he thought about giving her a call. Around that time, MJ was working on her laptop when she received a call from J. Jonah Jameson.

Jameson mentioned that her recent work was a top story for the Daily Bugle and asked her to write more juicy stuff by the next morning. MJ was happy while talking with him, but the mood shifted back to concern shortly after.

She then received a video call from Peter, who reported that she had not been fired from the Bugle after all. During the call, Peter explained what had happened to Harry. At that exact moment, someone knocked on MJ's door.

Peter warned her to stay away, but the person at the door was none other than Harry himself, fully influenced by the creature. He looked sick, and Peter watched live through the video screen as a black tentacle reached out toward MJ.

MJ's phone suddenly became unreachable, leaving me with no choice but to swing home as fast as I could, hoping she was okay.

On the way, Doctor Connors called to ask Peter to meet him at his lab for some tests, warning that there could be lingering side effects from Peters connection to the symbiote.

I kept floating over the neighborhood using the webwings, closing in on home while thinking about how I should have already been there to protect her.

Peter found both MJ and Harry waiting for him inside. Harry was acting completely casual, using a symbiote tentacle to hand him a cup of coffee as if nothing was wrong.

Peter told him they needed to talk. Harry mentioned that Peter must be tired of trying to make the world a better place every single day, offering to help make their shared vision a reality.

MJ tried to reason that this was not really him, but Harry insisted it was his true self.

When Peter said they'd have to get that thing off him, he grew angry, telling him not to call it/them a thing.

As Peter called out Harry's name, his face shifted into a monstrous form, declaring that they were no longer Harry, but Venom while Harry completely transformed into Venom.
