Navigating deeper into the dark Raft, we passed trapped supervillains before entering Aunt May's house in Peter's memories. Li expressed deep remorse for his past revenge against Norman Osborn. Reaching a symbiote heart at FEAST, Li offered to transfer all his power to neutralize the host.
Li mentioned the problem was solved, but Miles countered that Peter certainly did not think so. We kept moving deeper inside the dark realm version of the Raft, passing familiar faces like Vulture and Scorpion along the way.
Li even found a vision of himself trapped, as he too had been a prisoner here. He sensed something ahead, stating he was close. Passing a trapped projection of Otto, we observed that all the supervillains were or still are part of this place.
Exiting the Raft's corridors, we reached an open area overlooking Aunt May's house, where Peter was likely hiding. Moving as quickly as possible, we headed toward the home, with Li moving at incredible speeds through the dark realm.
As we reached the entrance, the front door swung open and Aunt May's voice echoed through the hallway, inviting Peter inside. We were walking directly through Peter's personal memories.
Li felt a presence upstairs, so I led the way up the staircase while May's voice continued to resonate through the rooms. Approaching Peter's bedroom, a tendril of the symbiote suddenly lashed out to attack me, but Li stepped in to repel it.
His light powers proved just as effective inside Peter's mind, giving us a clear advantage. Reaching Peter's room, I spotted a cracked wall, pulled the structure apart, and opened a portal leading directly into the FEAST center.
Stepping into the FEAST memory to search for Peter, Miles asked Li why he had done all those horrible things in the past. Li confessed that he had been consumed by a desire for revenge against Norman Osborn for causing his parents death.
He acknowledged that his crusade only caused more tragedy, costing Miles his father and Peter his Aunt May. Li offered a sincere apology to Miles for the pain he caused, though Miles remained silent and offered no immediate response.
Pushing further, we located the pulsing heart of the symbiote binding Peter. Li explained that destroying or clearing this central node could free Peter from its control.
Li channeled his power into the node, and Miles joined in by combining his Venom electricity with Li's energy.
Despite their combined effort, the symbiote node remained intact. Miles noted that another method was needed, prompting Li to suggest one final option, which is - transferring the entirety of his inner light power directly into the symbiote to neutralize it completely and free Peter.
