Well, we finished with the two open houses. Sounds like there was more interest than two years ago, including a couple of groups that showed serious interest. Fingers crossed. All of the feedback the relator passed back to us was stuff we already knew were concerns to buyers, so no news is good news on that front. Now the waiting game begins!
