Here it is clear who the parties that have made peace and what points have been agreed in the peace agreement.
Muzakir Manaf or Muallem who we often say is the Commander of GAM since Aceh is still Conflict to this day, muallem have 36 thousand skilled troops who are more familiar today as KPA members or ex-combatants.
Muallem clearly the parties who are entitled to determine Aceh is war or continue to be peaceful until it is realized that the point of the MoU, while others or other persons, other individuals do not have the right to make propagandist statement that Aceh will conflict again, since when people are uprooted as army commander ?
The GAM military used to be AGAM / TNA armed with the Baret, but after the peace of Aceh on 15 August 2005 the GAM Armed Forces changed its name to non-unarmed KPA and Military uniforms, only a complete structure, the Aceh Transitional Committee which is led by a Chairman of the KPA namely H.Muzakir Manaf or Muallem.
If someone reports to the central government of Aceh a conflict back if today is not the one who leads it means that the person is trying to scare the KPK with Aceh's phrase of War again, it's just a daytime dream or a lie to press the central government (KPK).
