A veces, las actividades no planificadas te generan mucha más satisfacción que una preparada con días de antelación. Un simple paseo por el parque te concede esa renovación de energías que tanto necesitas para afrontar las dificultades de la cotidianidad, de manera que no nos sintamos abrumados o desanimados. Aunque parezca complicado en los momentos estresantes, debemos buscar la sonrisa intrínseca y dejarla salir, esa liberación te dará placer.

En el parque había un grupo de jóvenes practicando skateboarding, pude apreciar que eran aficionados debido a la edad y al poco dominio. Este es un deporte que me gusta mucho, pero soy solo fans observadora, he escudriñado en la web y he visto algunos videos, es impresionante cómo realizan distintos trucos o maniobras. Esta actividad física requiere mucho entrenamiento, dedicación y disciplina.

Sometimes, unplanned activities give you much more satisfaction than one prepared with days in advance. A simple walk in the park gives you that energy renewal you need so much to face the difficulties of daily life, so that we do not feel overwhelmed or discouraged. Although it may seem complicated in stressful moments, we must look for the intrinsic smile and let it out, that liberation will give you pleasure.

In the park there was a group of young people practicing skateboarding, I could appreciate that they were fans due to the age and the little dominion. This is a sport that I like a lot, but I am only an observer fan, I have scoured the web and I have seen some videos, it is impressive how they perform different tricks or maneuvers. This physical activity requires a lot of training, dedication and discipline.

Allí estaban esos chicos concentrados en su labor, se caían y se levantan cuántas veces fuera necesario. Se notaba que existe una pasión compartida, el anhelo de un sueño por cumplir. Cuando el espíritu vibra de euforia es muy difícil silenciarlo o censurarlo. Me quedé alrededor de dos horas admirando las destrezas de estos chicos, atenta con el lente de mi celular para capturar los momentos más arriesgados y así inmortalizarlos. Congelar el movimiento es todo un arte, por eso también me apasiona la fotografía. Admiro el trabajo de los chicos pues requiere mucha resistencia, coordinación y flexibilidad.

El skateboarding es un estilo de vida, una pasión que comparten muchas personas en el mundo. Los stakes deben ser muy precavidos para evitar accidentes, utilizar tobilleras, rodilleras, casco, muñequeras y guantes. Los chicos de parque solo tenían su patineta y su actitud temeraria, pues ellos están en pleno aprendizaje de este deporte, en esa búsqueda intrínseca de la identidad.

There they were, those kids concentrated on their work, falling and getting up as many times as necessary. It was noticeable that there is a shared passion, the yearning for a dream to be fulfilled. When the spirit vibrates with euphoria it is very difficult to silence it or censor it. I stayed around for two hours admiring the skills of these kids, attentive with the lens of my cell phone to capture the most risky moments and thus immortalize them. Freezing movement is an art, that's why I also love photography. I admire the work of the kids because it requires a lot of resistance, coordination and flexibility.

Skateboarding is a lifestyle, a passion shared by many people in the world. Stakes must be very careful to avoid accidents, use ankle guards, knee pads, helmet, wrist guards and gloves. The park kids only had their skateboard and their reckless attitude, because they are in full learning of this sport, in that intrinsic search for identity.

Quizás cuando era adolescente me hubiese atrevido a andar en patineta, pero desde que me diagnosticaron la lesión en la rodilla enfoco la vida desde otra dirección. Sin embargo, pude sentir la adrenalina de los chicos al maniobrar, parte de su conocimiento viene del empirismo. En este deporte se busca el perfeccionamiento de los trucos, pues muchos movimientos son arriesgados, de allí que la práctica como constante sea un elemento vital.

Caminar al aire libre es maravilloso, te permite conectarte con la naturaleza. El recorrido se hace más agradable si te distraes con el entusiasmo de un grupo de jóvenes deportistas. Considero que tienen las herramientas necesarias para continuar avanzando. Sentir placer por lo que hacemos es el principal ingrediente para emprender cualquier proyecto.

Perhaps when I was a teenager I would have dared to skateboard, but since I was diagnosed with a knee injury, I focus life from another direction. However, I could feel the adrenaline of the boys when they maneuvered, part of their knowledge comes from empiricism. In this sport, the perfecting of tricks is sought, since many movements are risky, hence practice as a constant is a vital element.

Walking outdoors is wonderful, it allows you to connect with nature. The tour is more enjoyable if you are distracted by the enthusiasm of a group of young athletes. I consider that they have the necessary tools to continue advancing. Feeling pleasure for what we do is the main ingredient to undertake any project.
