Vegetable Salad

This is our first time to make this Vegetable Salad. My husband refers me to eat more vegan foods than to eat fatty foods. It's my first time not to eat rice this whole day, I just eat this salad and fruits that we bought last night, we're starting on our diet now, and I hope this will continue until we achieve our goal weight. Last day we started also to go to the gym and we started our exercise and I feel pain in my both legs, I can't walk properly because of the pain.
