RECIPES BANANA GAPIT KALIMANTAN
Ingredients :
• 1 medium mashed banana comb is medium
• to taste margarine / oil for toasting
Sauce:
• 500 ml of Coconut Milk
• Sufficient red Sugar
• to taste white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 2 lmbr Leaves of Pandan are bound
• Sufficient Jackfruit
Steps:
Peel the banana and then flatten. Heat a Sticky Anti Wok with margarine. Banana Fuel & on back and forth until Matang.
Kuah Santan: Cook coconut milk with all bhn. Stir well & taste. Finally enter jackfruit. Cook smp boil. Lift & serve.
