Well you have to be a little more carefull that is for sure. If you would go for a tempo run that would be asking for trouble but just a zone 1 / zone 2 run is not that bad! To me, all weather is runable

Haha yeah! It was fun this evening! I can always appreciate some rain and cold! My mantra is just “it is supposed to be hard” The only difficulty today was to stay in zone 1 - as speeding up would help
