Think, I have seen myself since the intellect, who knows me better than me? This is the truth. But there is a 'but'. You know yourself as you like, but you have to think about how you look at others. Just do not love the job, you have to be good with the employer's eyes.

Normally the recruitment authority considers two aspects to be appointed. The first is the educational qualification and the second is the candidate's personality. Understanding the educational qualification can be easily understood from the copy of the certificate attached to the application. After the first look at the job seeker, the idea that the authority is born usually does not change. That is, if the goal is to be seen first, it is difficult to change. So you have to prepare beforehand. Check yourself as a part of the preparation by critics. Look at whether you see any flaw in the eyes. Correct it when you read. In many parts of the interview, one has the responsibility to monitor the candidates only. That is, how the candidate answers the question, whether he is afraid, whether the rift is expressed in the use and whether he is trying to scam in some way. There is nothing to be afraid to see, hear, understand everything, just be honest with yourself.

It is good to accept if you do not know the answer to any question. But do not say anything to guess. Do not say anything; Do not be tricky. Because they have thousands of interviewing experiences. They manage many employees like you in the organization. So cleverness will be caught and you will lose the golden opportunity of employment.

If you do not know anything, do not know to say it straight; At least it will prove your integrity. But the fact is that a person who knows the work that is fair, can be taught to work, but a 'very clever' person is harmful to the organization given to the job. Are you yourself employed?
