I am here,
in my body .
The spirit waves
come in colour and change.
I breathe,
eventually,
beckoned
to drop all I carry
of excess and
MOVE.
Tensions do not arise
but
my attention dives deep
and meets the tension-
RELEASE.
I stretch and am free.
I love and
I let the flow of love
move and flow
through me.
