En ese mismo tiempo cree una academia de béisbol con todas las categorías desde semillas hasta juvenil donde era entrenador, manager y directivo de la liga sin darme cuenta estaba tan involucrado que no tenía tiempo que no fuera para el béisbol, pero les confieso que lo hacía con cariño y pasión sobre todo la satisfacción de ver a esos chamos uniformados con sus bateras entrando al campo de juego en correcta formación, ver como se divertían cuando uno de sus compañeros pegaban un hit o cometían un error y cuando ganaban todos abrazados celebrando, tengo tantas anécdotas de esa etapa y la más que me gusto fue cuando dirigía a las semillas niños no más de 5 años y sus ocurrencias, de repente tenía que parar el juego porque algunos quería ir al baño o peleaban entre ellos por cualquier cosa o salían corriendo cuando le lanzaban la pelota por miedo, por regla siempre tenía que haber un representante con ellos para controlarlos, Uds me veían corriendo de campo en campo porque podía estar dirigiendo la categoría semillas y salir corriendo al juego de infantil o juvenil pasaba todo el fin de semana en ese trajín aunque tenía personal técnico que me acompañaba, mi labor era coordinar horarios, lineup que llegaran temprano, que el equipo tuviera completo tuve la suerte que los representantes colaboraban con la merienda después de cada juego, había uno encargado por cada equipo y los abuelos parte muy importante porque eran ellos quienes llevaban a los nietos a las prácticas cargando con el termo de agua, el guante y bate, cuando vean a un grande ligas recuerden que llegaron a donde están gracias a esos seres maravillosos.
