Since our social experiment with Hay Hay is going so well and the dogs seem to not mind him... we decided to let Sonny Black out of the pen. He, not long ago was the top rooster but as of late Whitey Bulger has reclaimed his role.
Anyways, life for Sonny Black wasn't that great. He was living life behind the coup. (There's room but not much)
Anyways, we let him out of the pen yesterday. When evening came we watched to see where he'd get to bed down(to decide if he needed to go back in the pen or if he'd be safe) he chose a good spot on top of the pen so we left him out. He woke up happy this morning (with exception he's confused why the hens don't come to him when he finds a treat)

When we first got chickens all the roosters were given gangster names... now we have cartoon names. Newest roosters names are Hay Hay and Zazu..
