El plato de hoy es carne de res en salsa con arroz y plátano maduro frito. La carne de res contiene hierro, zinc, vitaminas del complejo B y otros nutrientes esenciales para el organismo. Por ello es una excelente opción para tener una dieta balanceada y nutritiva. Los acompañantes para esta carne considero que le vinieron muy bien, pues el contraste del dulce del plátano con lo salado de la carne es magnífico."
