"When your drain slows down, and the plumber has to come out to snake and clear the clog, then tells you that the galvanized pipe has a 1-foot-long hole due to corrosion. Mind you, the drain line runs underneath the cement floor and our furnace. Apparently, the corrosion is 17' out from the access point of the drain. That is a long way."
