El día de hoy quiero compartirles esta bebida refrescante llena de muchas vitaminas, antioxidantes, fibra y minerales. También es una bebida que hidratará nuestro cuerpo en los largos días de calor. Y lo más importante de todo es que es muy fácil su preparación.

PREPARATION.🥄
Let's place in the blender the fruits together with the apple juice, you can use any that is to your taste, I had this apple juice in the fridge unused so I decided to use it, but also if you have apple you can add it in the recipe, but in that case you will have to add some water to the drink. We will blend for about 1-2 minutes until our drink doesn't have any lumps and gets a stronger red color. Then we will serve it in a glass and enjoy its excellent taste.

Vamos a colocar en la licuadora las frutas junto con el zumo de manzana, puedes utilizar cualquiera que sea a tu gusto, yo tenía este zumo de manzana en el frigorífico sin utilizar así que decidí utilizarlo, pero también si tienes manzana puedes agregarlo en la receta, pero en ese caso tendrás que agregar un poco de agua a la bebida. Licuaremos por alrededor de 1-2 minutos hasta que nuestra bebida no tenga ningún grumo y obtenga un color rojo más fuerte. Luego lo serviremos en un vaso y disfrutaremos su excelente sabor.

This was the result of our drink. Personally, this little mixture I prepared got an amazing result and for that reason I wanted to share it with you. With the indicated amount, you can get two glasses of juice. In case you want more juice, I recommend you to double the quantities.

Este fue el resultado de nuestra bebida. En lo personal, esta pequeña mezcla que preparé obtuvo un resultado increíble y por ese motivo la quise compartir con vosotros. Con la cantidad indicada, puedes obtener dos vasos de zumo. En caso de que deseas más zumo, te recomiendo duplicar las cantidades.
