Today I want to share with you my recipe for a super refreshing drink that almost all of us drink in summer with a view to the beach: a refreshing daiquiri. Before I limited myself to prepare this kind of drinks because I imagined that they were very complicated to prepare, whenever I went to the bars and saw the bartenders with their maneuvers I was closed of my limits in preparing it, but I decided to take a risk and prepare this drink that certainly gave a wonderful and super easy result!

Note: If you are a non-alcoholic person, you can simply eliminate the rum from the recipe and enjoy the drink without it.

El día de hoy quiero compartirles mi receta de una bebida superrefrescante que casi todos bebemos en verano con vista a la playa: un refrescante daiquiri. ¡Antes me limitaba a preparar este tipo de bebidas porque me imaginaba que eran muy complicas de preparar, siempre que iba a los bares y veía a los bartender con sus maniobras me cerraba de mis límites en prepararlo, pero decidí arriesgarme y preparar esta bebida que sin duda dio un resultado maravilloso y superfácil!

Nota: En caso de ser una persona que no consume alcohol simplemente puedes eliminar el ron en la receta y disfruta de la bebida sin ese ingrediente.

INGREDIENTS:🍋

Half of frozen melon.	Strawberries 50g.
28ml of rum.	1 lemon.
3 tbsp of sugar.	100 ml of water

Mitad de Melón congelado.	Fresas 50 g.
28 ml de ron.	1 limón.
3 cda de azúcar.	100 ml de agua

PREPARATION.🍈

First step: We need the melon to be very cold to the point of being frozen. We will place it in the blender and add the juice of half of the lemon just with the 28 ml of rum and for the last one we add 50 ml of water, we will mix them with the blender.

PREPARACIÓN.🍈

Primer paso: Necesitamos que el Melón esté muy frío al punto de estar congelado. Lo colocaremos en la licuadora y agregaremos el jugo de la mitad del limón justo con los 28 ml de ron y por el último adicionamos 50 ml de agua, los mezclaremos con la licuadora.

Second step: Now we are going to prepare our strawberry syrup, we will place in a pot the strawberry with the sugar and 50 ml of water, let it boil for 15 minutes with a fork, finish crushing the fruit, remove from the fire and with a strainer we will remove the pieces and let the syrup cool. After the syrup is ready, add it to the glass and then serve the rest. For decoration I used a slice of lemon and put it on my straw.

Segundo paso: Ahora vamos a preparar nuestro sirope de fresa, colocaremos en una olla la fresa con el azúcar y 50 ml de agua, dejaremos hervir por 15 minutos con un tenedor, terminaremos de aplastar la fruta, retiraremos del fuego y con un colador retiraremos los pedazos y dejaremos enfriar el sirope. Luego que el sirope este listo lo agregaremos a la copa y después serviremos el resto. De decoración utilice una rodaja de limón y se lo coloque a mi pajilla.

With just two steps you prepare this refreshing Caribbean drink without going to a bar and spending a lot of money. The taste and appearance of the drink are delicious. The combination of citrus and melon helps a lot with the heat and the taste goes hand in hand.

Con tan solo dos pasos te preparas esta refrescante bebida caribeña sin necesidad de ir a un bar y gastar mucho dinero. El sabor y la apariencia de la bebida son deliciosos. La combinación de los cítricos con el melón ayuda mucho con el calor y el sabor van de la mano.
