The role it plays.

Hello everyone and welcome to this week hive ghana community,I am @quin.lizzy and I will be writing about the role my tradition(Tiv) plays in my life.

I will be writing about my tradition.The Tiv people are known to be united and deal with unity among themselves and people around.This can be widely seen in the way the recieve visitor with joy and how we eat together.Tradition to me, isn't what holds us back but what inspires and makes us move forward.

Indeed when we are united we grow more and help each other live a healthy life,our tradition of eating together has been in play for so many years,eating together has been so much a priority in Tiv land and a wonderful tradition owing to the fact that this single act makes us know more about each other,help us spend quality time together and help us understand more about one another

With this tradition,we inspire each other and learn from each other.Secondly,I will talk about respect,the respect for elders is really valuable in our tradition and is seen as one of the value that most be kept.

This morning,I went to buy water from a shop,and I saw the daughter of the house squatting very low to great her father,I smiled and immediately I remembered this topic.It was so heartwarming that most tradition are still kept till date,cause the world is becoming civilized and most people don't pay attention to this type of act which really says a lot about the type of individual we are,in my tradition, respecting elders not just your parents really matters cause this makes us go out and behave with others with respect and love.

In addition our tradition of being united, doing things together and not just eating really goes a long way in our life,we learn to understand that working together makes the job done better and easier,is just like joining hands with friends to accomplish a mission with ease.Also respect,not just for elders but also with the way we deal with our friends can inspire other People around us to behave accordingly cause our life style is the best teacher.

In conclusion, tradition makes us grow into better version of our selves and encourage us to move forward in our life.
