Hello everyone and welcome to this week hive reachout community,I am 
Parents: This are a group of people who show love to a child which can be birth or adopted providing for them physically,emotionally and financially.
Society: People living together, interacting and sharing norms and culture in a community.
Leaders: People who lead,and governs others,the represent others interest democratically.
Back to the topic that was given,indeed parents and the society has a lot of influence in making children the leaders of tomorrow,I will be listing out some roles that each play.
PARENTS;
Firstly,The serve as examples;the parents are the first persons the child comes in contact with when he/she enters the world,in that respect the parents has a really big role to play in naturing their children to be leaders and take up responsibilities,when the see how the family is being lead by the father and how peaceful it
is, full of love and care the will learn to do same,the tend to learn consciously or unconscious.The parents are the first teachers the learn from the family before learning outside.Let us learn to live an exemplary life in the family for our children to be able to emulate.
Secondly; Discipline:The parents should be able to discipline their child no matter what,cause a leader must be disciplined to be able to lead and as children growing up,when properly discipline the learn that it pays at an early age which aids in future event.The parents should be able to allow their children pass through discipline even by the society cause the have the right to do so.
Thirdly,unity:the parents should teach their children about unity,this will make them see that the are stronger together and can do anything when the are united,the should be able to portray unity in the family so that the children can leave and also live up to expectation as the future leaders of tomorrow.
SOCIETY;
After the parents the children learn next in the society whether in church or in school.The society is one of the driving force that influence the children attitude,when the society is not guided by rules and order the child tend to grow up and be without decorum,the society should be able to create a platform where children are allow to lead small events as a process of training them,like in school,the can be given roles just like the head prefects to take responsibility of others.
Also;the society creates laws and rules to guide the society and children and being disciplined when any is been broken this makes the child understand the system at an early age and grow to become a leader who would make sure that the laws are kept.
Parents and the society indeed has a lot to do and roles to play to ensure that children are made the leaders of tomorrow,I hope the youth start ruling soon enough so that the system gets to change with new ideas.
