Most people believed that work from home started during the COVID 19 pandemic. Well, let's not lie about it, I myself thought so too until I went on a research. You know one good thing about the internet, right! It keeps records. You might have known before now or you might not have known at all, that the system of work from home started way back as far as 1973 to 1983 by a NASA engineer by the name "Jack Niles" when he laid the foundation of telecommuting.

Based on your own job hunting and work experiences, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer, or working outside the home where you get stable monthly pay? Why?
Hehe! In 2022, I worked as a secretary in a betting company. I used to come home late and the next morning, I will leave as early as 7:00am so as to report to work by 7:30am latest. Yeah, that's one thing working outside home offers, the opportunity to shake hands and connect physically.
Then here comes the ugly side, I have come in contact with so many managers who wanted to take advantage of me, especially from my last job. My boss? He was nice but his two managers? Oh no, I wonder where those men came from. Up till now, I still leave in the fear of working from office especially in a place where I am the direct contact to the boss or manager. I dread it
As a Social media manager/Administrative assistant, I have also tasted what working from home feels like, Oh mine! I am sure you wouldn't want me to go back to describing it as I have already given you a picture of what it looks like. But guys! It feels so good working from home, exception of the fact that it
Sincerely speaking, I miss going out there connecting with different vibrant minds but that's far from it, I prefer being a freelancer and I have my reasons, it comes with this sense of freedom...
That's it
