Greetings everyone!
We all know that many few people own the business, while rest of the people are searching a job with a good package in their life. But everyone is rushing and running over here and there. Money is the most important thing you cannot survive even a single day without money. In the huge cities people are running for their jobs to reach on time. I have seen people running for their work. But I have also seen that some people are also doing work from home as a employee and earning money.
When other people work from home, people think it so easy and they think they are lucky who are working from home and earning money by sitting. But the main point is what if all the people in this world who are employee get the work from home? then how it would be impacted on the world and work. Firstly, it's almost impossible that everyone could get the work from home it's just a delusion talk. We all know that every work has their own importance and in every field there is always need of physical work. I am even handling the e-commerce business.
If I wish I can work from home, all I need is just a internet and a device. But that does not mean I should work from home. Because as a business owner I understand the importance of physical work. And even we talk about the corporate work if everyone started working from home then it will impact more badly the reason behind this is if the workers does not get the constant pressure for work they will delay which can impact on work load. All I want to say if physical importance and work both are necessary.
If a person work from home, he will delay the work because there will be no time limit or the pressure and for sure they will become lazy. So the work they have to submit on time they will not. Work from home makes a man lazy because there will be no one to keep eye on them or to give them a constant pressure. When a person is in front of eyes, there is a pressure we have to work otherwise some will complain for your work. That's the difference which impacts a lot.
Work from home is good, but if all the corporate workers will do work from home it will not be good. Physical work impacts a lot and even in the long run it's bad. There are lot's of ifs and buts in work from home. But work which is going as on now is a perfect only few people who are capable and worthy for this work it's good. Everyone should not be allowed for work from home. I know many people who are lazy and they also put their amount of work on others which can also create lot of suspense and misleading information in their work.
