You will need....
1. A slice of photo
2. A liquid called Iodine.
Place the slice of potato in a flat tray. Pour a few drops of iodine (brown in colour) on the slice of potato.
★★Observation...
You will observe that on coming into conatct with the potato,iodine changes colour from briwn to deep blue colour.
Result.......
The changing in colour shows the presence of starch in potato.
Suggestion....
You may try this test with some other food items lime apeice of bread or boiled rice.
