July and August are both summer vacations and a evaluation season for the first half of the year.
This is how I feel over the last 10 years as an evaluator and as a Recipient.
" Who in the world will judge? With what right?"
Of course, evaluation as a company is necessary. The weapon of higher ranking officials is virtually the only one that can evaluate it.
Even when one has to fire his or her employees, the evaluation results are the only means of rationalization.
However, it is often thought how a fair evaluation is possible when evaluators themselves are incomplete.
Perhaps a complete bilateral agreement would be a more reasonable way instead of a seemingly fair evaluation.
Today we're going to have a short podium, but let's look at the history of the evaluation and then come back.
The evaluation system is a field I've been thinking about for a long time, but it's a morning when I want to take a really serious academic approach.
