Greetings friends. I hope you are enjoying your weekend 🤗
Of the options proposed by @galenkp , the one that most appealed to me and the one I wanted to write about was:
"Weekend animal
If you could buy and keep any animal what would it be and why? The animal can be any that has ever existed on Earth, or any other planets you've been to. Answer in at least 300 words."
I would buy a Pterodactyl, because, I have always thought that birds should feel free being able to fly where they want, how they want and perching where they want. Just the thought of flying makes me feel free. I also think it would be a strong and imposing animal. A marvel to admire. That's why I would love to have it and be able to fly on its back. Just like in Avatar 😆
Feeling the stiff breeze ruffle my hair and hit my face. I would go very comfortable, closing my eyes and breathing deeply. Let him take me to the top of the mountains (no matter how high it is) and we can enjoy the view together as we talk, each in our own way.
Then we would come down from there and he would take me to the market to do my shopping or my errands. Can you imagine? I wouldn't have to worry at all about gas or money for transportation. I wouldn't walk anymore ever! 😅
In the evenings to climb up into the sky, as high as you can, to look at the stars and also how tiny everything looks from above.
Sometimes plummeting down to experience the adrenaline rush you must feel as soon as we are descending and, just when we almost reach the ground, taking flight again.
Yes, I know it's a huge animal.... But that's the idea, the bigger it is the higher and farther we value it.
I would name him Lint because I'm sure flying on his back would make me feel light and weightless.
I would feed Lint with the grass that abounds in the field of the town where I live and I would build a little house for him, so he wouldn't feel cold.
At the end of the day I would like to fly over the sea: me touching the water with my hand and him with his paws or just going to listen to the sound of the waves at dusk.
That's why I would love to have my Pterodactyl Lint. And you know what the best part of this whole story is? That I'm afraid of heights 💜
Thank you for reading. Text of my authorship.
