I never want to make excuses again 😉

Greetings hive-168869@hive-168869 community and to all of you who make the weekend something special to keep creating and enjoying 🤗

Has it ever happened to you that you want to start something again (exercise, diet, work) and you say, "Monday I start"?

I have, many times. And you know what? Sometimes I don't start anything. I keep putting it off to the next Monday. And so the days go by "trying" to do what I want to do, and in the end I do little or nothing.

But, why am I mentioning this? Because I found very interesting this statement proposed by our colleague galenkp@galenkp and on which I am basing my post. Very grateful for that 😊

"This weekend I have decided that I will never again..."

I never again want to make excuses to do what I want for me, for my well-being and growth in so many ways. And that is because, at times, I have tied my happiness, time, goals and even my self-love, to other people and circumstances. I have given them that key.

This has caused me to limit myself in situations that I want to accomplish and that will surely do me a lot of good.

For example:

🌸 I want to nurture my self-love by doing certain therapies that feed my positive emotions.

🌸 I want to increase my spirituality by reading, praying, meditating more.

🌸 I want to enjoy a well-deserved rest on weekends without any regrets (watching movies is my passion 🙈).

🌸 I want to decrease procrastination and accomplish what I set out to do.

But for this it is necessary to have fixed days and times. So, partly thanks to this statement proposed in the community, this weekend I decided to start doing what I want, making a schedule that I can follow and which reflects, so as not to forget, the most important activities.

This way I will stop having the feeling that I couldn't do what I wanted to do, that I didn't take advantage of enjoying enough, that I want to hold back Sunday at all costs because I don't want to start a week of responsibilities 😅 On the contrary, I want to start my week with a better attitude because I will have enjoyed the weekend as much as I could.

I intend, and it is my wish, that this new beginning for me will be like a beautiful sunrise. Which I am sure will bring out the best in me, and it won't be long before I will see the benefits.

I added fun and cute details to my schedule because I wanted to make the experience something different. That way, what could become a tedious task, that of scheduling my week, actually got me excited to think what awaits me for the next few days 😃

So, friends, I'm finally saying to myself, "This weekend I've decided that I will never again..." I'll say I'm starting Monday, that time is not enough for me, that I didn't get enough rest, that I have too much backlog or that I want Sunday to last forever, as I will have taken the direction I want to go today 💜
