My friend from Negros Occidental came to Cebu yesterday. And since she don't know what place or where is the best food in Cebu City, I suggested we should try ZubuChon. This restaurant chain is everywhere in Cebu but I haven't tried it once. We order Boneless Lechon and their own version of "Ginataang Langka" (unripe jackfruit cooked in coconut milk).

Cebu is famous for (among other things) its own version of "lechon" or roasted pig. Many people say its the best in the country, and visitors to the island usually hanker after it. Zubuchon owes its fame precisely to such perception, and it is good that it now has many branches to satisfy people's desire for this local delicacy.
