Today's character is a shaman called Howling Butterfly:
He is skilled at contacting the powers in the real world and channeling them into the grid. There are rumors he is actually one of the co-creators of the Etherspace in real life.
The Etherspace is a virtual reality matrix where people live as avatars and play out virtual lives and adventures.
