For two weeks I have been collaborating with a project called macolla creative led by the plastic artist Julio Loaiza who invited me to be part of a small work team that he organized with the intention of producing the production for a large chair order. woven, since that is Julio's specialty, fabrics; It has been a great challenge, I had to learn to weave, something that took my classmates several weeks to learn, but since I have great skill in manual labor, I was able to master the weaving technique very quickly, of course I did have many mistakes that They made me have to unravel everything I had done to correct it, but the whole team was really delighted with the speed with which I adapted to the work, and we were able to make a lot of progress in these two weeks, we still need a few chairs to go. knit to complete the order, but we are going at a good pace. Desde hace dos semanas estoy colaborando con un proyecto llamado macolla creativa liderado por el artista plástico Julio Loaiza quién me invitó para formar parte de un pequeño equipo de trabajo que organizó con la intención de sacar la producción para un gran pedido de silla tejidas, ya que esa es la especialidad de Julio, los tejidos; ha sido un gran reto, tenía que aprender a tejer, algo que llevo a mis compañeros varias semanas en aprender, pero como yo tengo gran habilidad para las labores manuales, pude dominar la técnica del tejido muy rapido, claro que si tuve muchas equivocaciones que me hacían tener que destejer todo lo que había adelantado para corregirlo, pero de verdad que todo el equipo quedo encantado con la rapidez con la que me adapte al trabajo, y pudimos adelantar muchísimo en estas dos semanas, todavía nos hace falta unas cuantas sillas por tejer para completar el pedido, pero vamos con buen ritmo. Me encantan estos nuevos conocimientos que voy adquiriendo en este espacio de crecimiento 😌 espero que este post sea de su agrado buenas vibras 🖖🏼😁.
