So many things happened, people pass through trouble, tribulations and feel humiliated, especially when life don't treat well.
Have seen it some times, think last year, where it was raining in my front, my back and spared the area where I was so same thing apply to this world, some people will be financially gallant, spending money as tomorrow no dey, where some will find it difficult to have just one food in a day.
In this situation, maybe such person gets advantage or influence by a friend to steal or rub. The innocent guy will fall into victim because of the situation and unlucky for him they apprehend them, the innocent will rust in jail especially when they kill in their operation.
Life is just somehow hard to survive, it takes a risk and even risk is hard to take.

Some defence that set free
- Intoxicating: most people kill under the influence of alcoholic, either known or unknown, either kill by a car, shoot etc.
Their is no remedy, him/her is going to jail if the judge will not be bias because there is know excuse for ignorance, it's just that the year can be reduce.
It something known by every one that, it is what you thinking that you will do or say when tipsy, that's why most people disclose secret when tipsy, it has occasionally happened where police apprehended a criminal at beer palour, caught him where he was blabbing.

This is only where someone can be set free, when you trying to defend your self to be killed by someone and during the process, you defend yourself by killing.
Educate yourself there is no excuse for ignorance
There are so many ways we've been deprived of our rights by the police or in any form in life.
Their are somethings Nigerian police are doing that unpleasant and they will still continue doing it if we don't educate our self and know the law.
I'm not saying we should go and read the whole book to be saying it off - hand but at least, know the basic and because ignorance is not an excuse so you might not get yourself involved in something illegal, that against the law. No lawyer will listen to such excuse.
