There is no one picture of what must look like the perfect world. Everybody has different thoughts and dreams about it.
This topic needs some more time to think about. What will be the perfect world? For me or the entire people in the world?
Let me show you my viewpoint of that world.
I don't like when somebody is suffering, so in my world, there must be enough resources for everybody. These resources could be food, land, water, or whatever a human may need.
I feel bad because there are so many illnesses in the world, so in my world, there will be no illnesses. Everybody will have the choice to live healthy without any pain.
When I think now these two things that I've mention brings me the thought that this means that people will live longer than now. And the Earth could get crowded. No problem in my world we could live on a different planet and we could have the same resources as these people on the Earth.
This means that the technology has been way improved and probably our cars will flow in the air with some kind of solar engines and there will be no such heavy traffic.
People will be happier because they don't have to think about stuff like what to put on the table to feed their family. Everybody will have everything.
The Universe is endless and gives us infinite choices and options to choose from.
