¡Hello friends os steemit! I want you to meet my beautiful daughter, Stephania, my little Chef.

My little girl is 8 years old and studies 3rd grade in the E.U. P "the Most Holy Trinity" located in Maracaibo State Zulia.
Stephania I play him present his project of classroom called like to be a Chef and for this I touch him to prepare a food of his taste and that they believe? Well cry of happiness because she wanted to make churros for his presentation and so it did, of course under my supervision.

The recipe that I use Stephania was recommended by his grandmother Atanasia ie my mom here I leave:
1 cup of wheat flour or all use
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
Frying oil.
Preparation: Heat the water and add the butter, sugar and salt, then the flour and beat slowly to form the dough, once ready put it in a extruder to remove the figure of churros and Leave them to the sizes and thickness that we want. In a pan we put to heat the oil to fry our churros once ready we add sugar on top to give the special touch.

After that my daughter presented her project at the school to all her classmates and delight with the various dishes presented in her classroom.

How nice it is to do these projects in schools as they motivate and encourage children in different areas of life.

In our country churros are a delight for our palate as well as it is in different parts of the world and are known with other names such as in Madrid are known as truncheons because they are thick consistency while in other parts of Spain ,The United States, South America and France are known as Chichos This is the information I have to expose my daughter Stephania in his project and here I leave the source: http://churreriaestela.blogspot.com/2011/03/sobre-los-distintos-nombres-del-churro.html
Note: The photos were taken from my personal phone.
