Hello friends! How are you all? I hope you all are well. Today I have made semi which is also known as Namak ka Para. Actually, in my house, my father likes semi very much, that's why he often asks to make semi and it is a very good breakfast. We can eat it in breakfast also with tea. And the most important thing is that we can make it and eat it for seven to eight days. Let's start with how to make in semi? First of all we need material for this.
Ingredients for making semi
Fine flour
salt
Oil
How to make semi?
I took 500 grams of all purpose flour to make semi, now I add refined oil to this flour and mix it well. After this I added salt to it and after that I kneaded this flour, after kneading the flour, I left it for an hour so that the flour becomes soft well, which makes our semi even better.

After that I put oil in the pan. Till the oil is hot, I made a dough of maida and I rolled that dough on a plate with the help of a plate as round as the plate and cut it into small sizes with a knife. After that I put it in hot oil after that after the semi turns red I took it out and now these semi are ready to eat.
