Hello guys welcome to my blog, it's been awhile I posted anything here due to some reasons but am happy that am back. I hope you guys did not miss me at all because I do miss you guys a lot, anyways let me just go to today's business which is no how to prepare beans and fried plantain.
Once the pepper and oil is cooked to my taste I will turn it into my pot of beans then stary it will a spatula before covering the pot so that the fried source with get into the beans properly before bring it down.
Sometimes there some plantain that are not properly riped and if you fry it like that it usually comes out very strong and I don't like my plantain to be strong and unfortunately for me that is the only type of plantain that was available in the market at that moment so I have no choice than to buy.
The only thing I do in such situation is to slice my plantain to the size of my taste then add little salt to it and let it rest for a while, now the reason why I added that salt is to make the plantain very soft the way I want to it be and the quantity of salt you add will determine how soft the plantain will be but mine you in a situation where the plantain is a soft no need to add salt to it because if you do it will make it too soft and in the process of frying it the plantain will drain too much oil and too much of oil is not good for the heart.
So guys this is one of the way I normally prepare my beans and plantain, hope the processes are not much and you were able to learn something as well, alright guys thank you for your time see you in my next post.
