Hello guys I must say this weekend has been a heatic one for me since yesterday because of my cousins wedding cake. I was at home yesterday around 4:00pm when my phone rang so when I picked it I saw it was my cousin sister so I answered the call then she asked me if I can make her marriage cake for her again because we have talked about it before but she later changed her mind that her elder sister promised to do it for her by giving it someone else but disappointed her at the last minute.

When she called me that yesterday I was upset and told her I can't do it because it's an urgent work and it will be very stressful for me and the price she is paying is low, so after thinking about it for some minutes I decided to call her so I just do it for her as part of my contribution to her marriage so when she sent the money I quickly rushed to the market to get the things I needed.

I must say it was really stressful because I had to sleep around 2:00am this morning because I was doing some things at home just to make sure I prepare everything that will waste my time this morning so I won't be late. I woke up around 6:00am this morning did my house chores then went to the shop to finish my work because the marriage is starting by 12:00pm so I called her around that time to know if they have started and she said no, I was a bit relief because I was not done with the work.

I finished the cake around 12:30pm then I decided to go home because I was very hungry and week from week from the stress because I didn't eat any proper food before leaving home in the morning so I eat the jollof rice and chicken with plantain that my boyfriend bought for me.

After eating my food I took my bath before going to the marriage venue with the cake. On getting there I arranged the cake in the table then sat down till when I will be called to come and introduce the cake.

when I was called to come and introduce the cake I was scared because it's my first time so I was a bit nervous because I was shaking but at the end I did then call the bride and groom to come and cut the cake.

After cutting the cake I was asked to cut some and share it to the guts which I did and after that I told her am leaving because I have chruch rehearsal by 4:00pm and it's already pass 3 so I went to sleep for 45 minutes before going to chruch and on getting there all of them have not arrived so I and others have to site and wait for the rest to come before we can start.

After waiting for more than an hour we finally started so when we finished around 6:30pm I went home and on getting home there is no food at home so I went out to be buy fried yam but unfortunately the woman didn't come so I went straight to the market to buy rice and ingredients to cook it.

Conclusion

Honestly speaking if not that the bride is my cousin I won't have accepted the order because of the stress and even if I wanted to I will charge the person extra because the stress is much but am glad I did it for her and it was a success.
