This is actually an obvious truth that people are different so you may be wondering why I have to still bring it to fore. Well I had few experiences that stress it more and make more visible and real than mere saying that people are different. The difference is always there between two individuals but what surprises me recently is the level or measure of difference. How far and how much a gap can be observed, I mean the sharp deviation that exist between leaders or ordinary people.
DONT GENERALIZE PEOPLE

like I said my recent experience changed a lot of my usual belief and argument line. You see sometimes it is easy to look at the lifestyle and attitude of certain people and may be one or two, then you can conclude, that if these two people from this area behave like this then it would mean everybody here behaves same. But this may not hold true. In fact it may be far from the truth. Let me share my little experience here.
I had the opportunity to work with two different bosses and coincidentally they were both from the same place. So initially I was carried away thinking they might have same or close way of doing thing. But my doubt was cleared to the point I was shocked. The first Boss I worked with was the generous type and he carries everyone alone in his decision making. He listened to others and get inputs from others. He believes everybody has something to offer. One other striking thing about him is that he seek for ways to improve lives. Always looking for and doing things that will better the condition of work and improves life. So he spent and never hold back and no wonder he was so successful during his tenure with giant achievement.

Then comes another Boss I worked with who took over from the former. He started on a very good ground for a month. Suddenly his true person started manifesting. He couldn't hide and behold he was worst than anybody in the organization could have fathomed. He was a sharp opposite of the other or should I say there was no area of comparing. He comes up with his ideas and decision without anybody's input. He sort for ways to eat money meant for project. He never cared about the working condition neither did he concern with the welfare of the people yet he wants to get the optimum result. Well trust people they never disappointed him. They gave him exactly what he wanted. The whole organization started crumbling down. You can only see eye and lip service.
You see while there are people with humane and compassionate heart, you people who have stony heart and wicked. Even in the same family you see people with complete different line of thinking. So next time you want to generalize, pause first and try to reason it another direction, every person is not the same, no matter the physical resemblance, no matter the shared culture, shared religion and perhaps shared house. The thought system and the heart of a man is deep and quite different and go their different ways. What A is seeing as black, B may see it as white. What is good for A may be bad for be.
Study the person you are dealing with to know his desirable approach. Each man with his own approach. Learn the person you are living with, your relationship and family will do well if you understand that people are different and require different approach to win them over.
