My start weight of 88.95 kg which is about 7 kg over my recommended weight.
After 24 hours - 87.25 kg which is a loss of 1.7 kg.
After 48 hours - 85.85 kg which is a loss of 3.1 kg.
After 72 hours - 84.20 kg which is a loss of 4.75 kg.
4.75 Kilograms = 10.47 Pounds
The next 24 hours I will be considering how to lightly break the Dry Fast.
