That dish would be "Amala and a soup called egusi soup"....here is the view of what the dish looks like..

amala is actually a food which is actually made out of the yam and/or the cassava flour....the Yams are actually peeled, and also sliced, it is cleaned, dried and it is then actually blended into a flour,it is also called "elubo"...

the yam flours are often white in colour but they do actually turn brown when dried and cooked...
