Finally it's another season of Corn,I have waited patiently for this period and it's finally here. Corn(maize) is a seasonal food in #Nigeria,it is best served with Ube(African pear).

The combination of these two is so heavenly,you can't have a taste of this delicious delicacy and not fall in love. #African pear is blessed with a fleshy bluish-purple skin.#Corn can be prepared either boiled or roasted,while the Ube can be immersed in hot water or roasted in hot charcoal.
