Hello beautiful people in this awesome community,am glad to be here and to share what i did over the weekend with you all.
I decided to used the remaining fabric my sister gave me,for the first three yards i had already sewed a gown with it.
And for this remaining three yards i really wanted to make something different from it.
I thought of different styles to create but i couldn't easily settled on a style.
Finally a style came to my mind
But the first thought was sew a flare skirt and a top,then i remembered that it was just a three yards fabric, because flare skirt would need to consume more fabric.
Luckily another thought came in which i felt it was the best,a thought of creating a top and a short.
The materials i used were simple and they are my regular materials in sewing.
This includes, measuring tape, scissors, short black zip,
The first steps i took was to cut out the blouse first.
I took my measurements,i measured my burst , half-length,full length of the blouse,i cut out the neck
The next thing I did was to cut out the measurements for the short
Then i also created the waist band for it
After all the measurements i started joining each pieces together through sewing.
Finally am grateful that my cloth was ready.
I had spent alot of time creating this, because i had some clothes i needed to deliver for the owners before today,so mine was done at my free time.
