Diy! A pair of earring from an old Jean.

Hello everyone @diyhub community,I hope your week is going on smoothly, mine isn't that bad.
Just that the weather has been cold and i feel sick with some cold symptoms and i couldn't really go out today.

So i was indoors ,taking warm water and trying to get better.

After few hours on bed,i felt a bit bored
And i decided to do something to get myself busy

I felt i needed to make a new earing for myself
But i kept thinking of what to create because i had limited materials.

Luckily for me i remembered that i had an old Jean which was no longer useful so i decided to make use of it.

Here are the materials i used:

They were quite simple

• Scissors
• An old gene
• Red crystal beads
• Thread and needle
• A pen and a golden wire
  

First step:
The first step i took was to get a pen and i drew a design on the Jean
Thereafter i took a scissors and i cut it out.

The next step i took was to get a needle and i started pulling out each single lines from the jean fabric

I kept pulling it out until i was close to the middle of it.
Then i started pulling it out from the other other ends

Finally i was able to reach the points i wanted
And i created one more to make it a a pair.

The next step was,i took some red colour crystal beads,i got my thread and needle and i sewed the beads on it

Next step
Then i got a jewelry wire and fixed it as an earing hook.


And i am glad i was able to create something new
despite how i felt.
My daughter rocked the earing for me as i took some pictures.
