Hello everyone 😻,
Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report, it's the day of the moon and a new week.
I began my day with the usual morning walk around the neighborhood. A lovely sunny 🌞 day as I made my way around.
Next came the house chores and then later onto the trending stories from x and you tube.
The day continued being sunny 🌞 and stayed that way even as I set out for the sunset 🌄 walk.
I walked around the neighbourhood and park before heading back home and calling it a day.
So now let's take a quick look at what has been happening around the world.
Starting off with Gaza where Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas have killed 60 Palestinians across the strip😿. Most of the dead being displaced people as Israeli airstrikes are now hitting tent camps in the so called 'safe zones'🙀.
Meanwhile, UK, France and Canada issued a joint statement condemning Israel's blockade on aid in the Gaza strip🙀.
The UN has been warning of imminent famine and suffering among the Gaza population which could amount to breach of international law. Lets see if Israel eases it's blocckade and allow supplies into Gaza.
In the other war, Trump has talked to Putin and says the call went very well and was positive of a ceasefire in the war. However, Zelensky remains skeptical about Putin looking to end the war. Anyways they will have their talks and hopefully a solution will be reached to end the war💯.
Still in Europe, Romania trending as pro EU candidate Nicusor Dan, won the presidential election. He has reached out to EU and Nato leaders says he looks forward to working with them even as they congratulated him on his win.
Speaking of the EU, London trending as the UK-EU summit got underway. A reset in relations as the UK and EU made historic landmark deals in energy, defence, fishing among other areas.Eu leaders hosted by PM Keir Starmer as they mended the relationship. Looking forward to cheaper prices of some goods💯.
