Hello everyone 😻,
Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report. We are onto the second week of the month, I have had another ordinary day stepping it out.
The day began with me out for a little bit of grocery shopping. It looked quite dull so I stepped out with an umbrella ☂️, am glad I did as some serious drizzling 🌧️ started just as I wanted to turn the corner into the main road😹.
Anyways, I was back indoors after quite a short walk. I had a hot cuppa before going on with the usual house chores.
Later I settled into the trending stories, watched some you tube and Twitter. Throughout the day it remained dull and cloudy ☁️.
I don't know what type of summer this is😹.
The drizzling 🌧️ once again happened as I was finishing up my sunset 🌄 walk. I did about 45 minutes around the neighborhood ending up at the park🌲.
So that was pretty much my day, I see more raining 🌧️ forecast for tomorrow🙀.
Anyways, let's look at some trending news that caught my eye 👀.
In Europe, France trending as a long period of political paralysis expected as no party won majority of seats to form a new govt🙀.
Talks to form new govt are underway.
President Macron asked PM Gabriel Attal to temporarily stay on after offer of resignation.
Ukraine trending after a Russian missile hit a children's hospital. Dozens were killed as Russia hit other targets in different cities n towns🙀.
President Zelensky, who is in Warsaw, Poland has called for more air defence support to avoid such Russian attacks.
Speaking of Russia, Indian PM Narendra Modi is on a two day state visit, received well by Putin. Putin has been enticing India with discounted oil😹. And he needs lots of ammo from wherever he can to sustain attacks on Ukraine🙀.
In the middle east, as usual Gaza trending as another bloody day unfolded😿.
45 Palestinians killed in the past 24 hours. The mass exodus from Gaza city continued after Israel dropped leaflets warning civilians to leave the area as they deal with Hamas fighters🙀.
Hamas has warned that the ongoing airstrikes by Israel will undermine the ceasefire negotiations being undertaken in Qatar.
Across the pond in the US, it's the same Joe Biden story😹. He says he is fit and added that those who wanted to challenge him should wait for the democratic convention in August at Chicago.
Biden, 81 years young is staying put and strong 💪.Do you think vice president Kamala Harris would floor Trump if Biden were to nominate her?😹.
It's going to be an interesting three months to watch.
