So as always my day began with a little bit of stretching then a few rounds of brisk walking around the neighbourhood. The sunshine and the fresh morning breeze🍃 was so wonderful. Then I was back indoors where I rested then got on with the little daily chores around the house. In between I caught up with the latest news and watched some crypto and youtube. My next walking came later in the afternoon getting some fruits and veggies from the shopping centre. Then I was back indoors for the usual nap. I woke up feeling refreshed some time early evening. watched the news then it was time for the sunset walk. As always slow paced around the neighbourhood and park. So that was the stepping and now let's quickly look at what trended in the media.
Locally, nothing much happening except the usual political shenanigans 😹.
Globally Ukraine trending as it says the counteroffensive against Russia not advancing so quickly. However the fighting still rages on in Bakmut. Let's wish them the best 💯.
Meanwhile, Wagner mercenaries are training Belarusian soldiers in Minsk. After their failed mutiny Putin said they had no legal basis to operate in Russia.
Trending in the UK, former Manchester city player Benjamin Mendy has been found NOT guilty of rape and attempted rape🎊🎉. Some greedy women have wasted his time and ruined his career😡. Though at 29 I hope he can get back into the pitch and play for a few more years. He is talented but some people would go to any length to get money they don't deserve.

Speaking of India today they launched their rocket into space, seeking an eventual landing on the southern hemisphere of the moon 🌕. This is the second attempt, they tried it four years ago. Let's hope this time it's successful💯.
