My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2023.....High Five Friday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,

TGiF 🍷🍻 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. The weekend is upon us, I have had a great day👋. I am also truly grateful for this day, it's a blessing to be alive in this day and age💯. So it's time to wrap things up and quickly take a look at how my day has been plus share some trending stories. Let's get it 💨.
So as always my day began with a little bit of stretching then a few rounds of brisk walking around the neighbourhood. That fresh morning breeze🍃 was so wonderful. Then I was back indoors where I rested then got on with the little daily chores around the house. In between I caught up with the latest news and watched some crypto youtube. My next walking came later in the afternoon getting some cooking groceries from the shopping centre. Then I was back indoors for the usual nap. I woke up feeling refreshed some time early evening. I got the cooking going, watched the news then it was time for the sunset walk. As always slow paced around the neighbourhood and park. So that was the stepping and now let's quickly look at what trended in the media.
Locally, nothing much happening except the usual political shenanigans 😹. US first lady Dr. Jill Biden landed in Nairobi for a 3 day visit. She was received by her counterpart, first lady Rachel Ruto.
Elsewhere in Nigeria, an MP has been arrested with nearly $500,000 in cash before elections 😹.
Also trending, today Ukraine were marking the one year anniversary since Putin invaded them. Thousands of people have been killed and millions displaced😭. Polish PM was in Kyiv and delivered 4 leopard tanks 💯.
Nowadays the fighting is concentrated in the east around the city of Bakmut which has been heavily damaged.
Over in Russia, people were arrested for laying down flowers in support of Ukraine 😹. Remember in Russia they have been forced to call it a special operation and not a war😹.
Across the pond, the US and G7 have laid out new sanctions against Russia for persisting with the invasion of Ukraine.
The US has also announced new aid to Ukraine.
Finally let's finish with some crazy weather, winter ❄️ storm brought heavy snow and rare snow to parts of California . It worse in the north as authorities warned of blizzards and severe cold🙀.
Wishing you all a fabulous weekend 👍. I am back with furry boy AKA Bob on a wonderful Caturday 🐈 tomorrow 😹.That's it for today 😉, good night 😴 and good bye 💖💕💖 Take care ❤️ HAKUNA MATATA.
