I am also truly grateful for it, it's a blessing to be alive 💯. I thank you all for stopping by yet again. So as always my day began with a little bit of stretching then a few rounds of brisk walking around the neighbourhood. The sunshine and the fresh morning breeze🍃 was so wonderful. Then I was back indoors where I rested then got on with the little daily chores around the house. In between I caught up with the latest news and watched some crypto and youtube. My next walking came later in the afternoon getting some fruits and veggies from the shopping centre. Then I was back indoors for the usual nap. I woke up feeling refreshed some time early evening. watched the news then it was time for the sunset walk. As always slow paced around the neighbourhood and park. So that was the stepping and now let's quickly look at what trended in the media.
Locally, nothing much happening except the usual political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, Ukraine trending as Russia continued announcing they had captured the town of Soledar. However, Ukrainian soldiers saying fierce war is still going on asking for reinforcement and supply of weapons to keep the Russians at bay.
Elsewhere in Greece, a court rejected charges against aid workers who had been charged with espionage for helping refugees🙀. The court admitted procedural faults in how the case was handled.
Trending across the pond in the US, in NY, the Trump organization had been fined $1.6 million for brazen tax fraud 😹. Then in other news, Tesla slashed prices globally by as much as 20%🙀.
Still in the US, Japanese PM stopped by the White House for talks with president Biden.
finally in sad news, the only child of Elvis Presley, Lisa Marie Presley passed away aged 54😭, sincere condolences.
Over in China, imports and exports plunged slightly but overall economic outlook still looking good💯. BTC is also on the move as it crossed the 19k mark, fingers crossed for 20k. The 🐻 bears are going down 😹.
In crazy weather, tornadoes tore through some parts of Alabama and Georgia leaving behind a trail of damage and thousands without power 🙀. Some deaths reported 😭, my sincere condolences.
