Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Thank you for stopping by and let's quickly take a look at how my day went and also what's trending in the media streets. Here we go again 💨.
So today I had a rather short morning session with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲.It was a beautiful sunny 🌞 morning with a splendid fresh breeze 🍃.
Then I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did campaigning for the upcoming elections.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, lots of shelling in the east but ukrainian soldiers gained ground in Sievierdonetsk. A shocking ruling from a Russian backed court in Donetsk where 3 captured foreigners fighting for Ukraine were sentenced to death 😱.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways, today mostly at the 30k mark. Do keep hodling as we watch out for the bottom 💯. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre for a few errands. I wasn't there for long and soon headed back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening when I got up feeling quite refreshed ☺️. Then I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
More political shenanigans as Algeria suspended trade ties with Spain over western sahara row😹.
In the middle east, Israeli PM stopped by in UAE for talks with his counterpart.Across the pond in the US, lawmakers will begin to lay out findings from their year long investigation into that Jan 6th capitol riot that shocked most of us. Did you ever imagine someone peeing in Nancy Pelosi's office, it was crazy😱.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
