Hello everyone 👋,
Please give it up for Bob and yours truly on a superb Caturday 🐈😹. My day has been great and I hope everyone is enjoying this extended Easter holiday weekend. As always thank you for being here and let's share some of the trending stories including my stepping activities of the day. Here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighborhood 🌲. That morning fresh air 🍃 made it quite enjoyable 💯.
Then I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the election campaigning.
Globally still about Ukraine, Russia is doing the most, today it bombed a military factory close to Kyiv. More shelling in Kharkiv and Mariupol too using long range missiles 😱. Elsewhere in France, more targeted campaigning by Macron and Le Pen as they head towards the run off election on 24th.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways at 40k. Short term no one knows what it will do, whether up or down, do keep hodling 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the mall, walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤. I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Also trending, clean up and rescue still going on in South Africa and the Philippines following the flooding devastation. Elsewhere in Tunisia, disaster as an oil tanker sank off the coast. Reports from the US claim a shooting at a mall in south Carolina 😱, let's wait for more details.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound as darkness fell.
